Our Services

We provide static caravan, mobile home, and lodge transport services across the United Kingdom. All quotes are estimates and final pricing may vary based on site conditions, access requirements, and distance.

Quotes and Booking

  • Quotes are valid for 30 days from the date of issue
  • A booking is confirmed only when we provide written confirmation
  • We reserve the right to amend a quote if the information provided is inaccurate or site conditions differ from what was described

Your Responsibilities

When booking our services, you are responsible for:

  • Providing accurate information about your caravan, locations, and access
  • Ensuring the caravan is ready for transport (disconnected from utilities, personal belongings secured)
  • Obtaining any necessary permissions from site owners at both collection and delivery locations
  • Ensuring adequate access for our transport vehicles at both sites

Insurance and Liability

All transport is fully insured. Our liability is limited to damage directly caused by our negligence during the transport process. We are not liable for pre-existing damage, damage caused by inaccurate information, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control (severe weather, road closures, etc.).

Cancellation

  • Cancellations made more than 7 days before the scheduled move: no charge
  • Cancellations within 7 days: a cancellation fee may apply
  • We may cancel or reschedule due to unsafe weather or road conditions
